Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Campaign4comeunity@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If we determine that the item is defective or that an error occurred during fulfillment, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Natural Materials & Handcrafted Products:
Many of our products are handcrafted using natural materials, including vegetable-tanned leather and other renewable materials. Slight variations in color, grain, texture, markings, and finish are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

This piece is crafted from natural materials and should be handled with care to preserve its structure and finish for years to come. Avoid overfilling to maintain the shape of the tote.
Keep away from prolonged contact with cosmetics, perfume, oils, and chemical substances, as these may affect the material’s surface or transfer color. Avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or excessive moisture.
If the exterior Italian leather becomes wet or marked, gently wipe with a soft, light-colored cotton cloth. Do not use soap, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. For deeper care, we recommend professional leather cleaning.
The mulberry paper leather lining is waterproof and cleanable. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and allow to air dry naturally.
When not in use, store the tote upright in its dust bag and lightly fill with paper to help preserve its form. Avoid folding straps or handles for long-term storage.
